Blackrose Morgans: Angie Maple
Angie is a very dedicated horsewoman who has proudly trained the Morgan Horses she owns.
Her training operation, Blackrose Morgans, emphasizes on starting young horses slowly to create a very solid foundation for horse and owner/rider alike. By doing that, horse and owner/rider can have a safe and successful career in the show ring or at home. After working with horses for 20 years, Angie has learned what it takes to develop a good foundation. She has worked with many horses with many personalities from the very easy going, level headed horse to the flighty, nervous horse.
While Angie has shown at the A circuit shows in her career, her focus is on building a strong local circuit. By promoting an helping build the local circuit, her goal is to get people into the Morgan breed and find a good outlet for the horses not geared towards the A level shows.
